The CookBook Club: Paul Flynn talks about writing a cookbook

Back in the Summer of 2010, we spun down on a road trip down to The Tannery in Dungarvan, co Waterford to interview Paul Flynn. The question I posed to him here is why write a cookbook. His answer here is magnificent. The cookbook he had written at the time was The Tannery cookbook, but nonetheless it is a great little film about why chefs write cookbooks at all. Enjoy!
